✨ As much sleep as possible, which translates to ✨ As much sleep as possible, which translates to a daily nap if doable ✨ Infrared sauna daily (we finally invested in one two months ago) ✨ Pulling from the freezer breast milk stash and not beating myself up for producing less during this time ✨ Hot showers with essential oils like Breathe Deep to open up the lungs ✨ Nebulizer sessions with iodine, saline, and good grade hydrogen peroxide ✨ Fresh smoothies, lots of liquids, and protein-rich meals, very little sugar ✨ Accepting help and being ok with the to-do list not getting done ✨ Supplements like vitamin D3/K2 and my regular regime of daily vitamins ✨ Cuddles with my babies (they are also getting probiotics, thawed colostrum for immune support, freshly pumped milk for the antibiodies, and when needed, homeopathic cough syrup). So far they’ve stayed quite healthy 💜 Stay well, friends! I’ve nearly kicked it after 3 days and lots of help from my family.
