Born in the Black Hills of South Dakota, Mandy picked up the entrepreneurial gene from her parents. After pursuing her passion(s), nutrition, cooking, and writing, she obtained her degree in business and accounting. Now, she helps other inspired entrepreneurs develop businesses that have the potential to benefit the world.
You have to love the process if you’re going to be successful at developing any business. For Mandy, there is no greater delight than conceptualizing a project, then breaking it down into easy-to-grasp tasks and milestones.
From managing a full-service restaurant to re-branding and developing a clinic in the heart of Longmont, Colorado, Mandy has worked in a variety of industries helping to improve the processes of small businesses.
Mandy is committed to her projects, clients, and the businesses she helps to build. She recognizes the long-term commitment required to succeed as an entrepreneur, and is loyal to the process. As a result, she is conscientious about who she works with.
The Stats Don’t Lie
Mandy has consistently helped individuals and small businesses increase profit, improve efficiency, develop consistent branding and vision, and improve both customer and employee relations.
Imagine all of the things you think you know about starting a business. Now, multiply that by 3. The thought of missing anything is overwhelming, right? That’s where I come in.
My name is Mandy Froelich, and over the past six years, I’ve helped develop an array of businesses which were established to serve local and global communities in some way.
From an eclectic and funky coffee shop which turned into the #1 spot for nightlife in Longmont, Colorado, to a technologically-savvy cannabis wholesale grow, to my personal health consulting business, I’ve learned a lot about what it takes to develop and execute a startup. After earning my degree in business and accounting, I decided to help set others up for success.
I help small businesses like yours…
- Become stable and profitable
- Develop a solid brand image
- Identify the target audience
- Develop an action plan
- Create SOPs to improve organization and communication
- Develop comprehensive financials
- Gain capital and investment
- Hire a team of rock stars
- Develop a marketing plan (and train on internal marketing)
- Help managers relate and build rapport with co-workers
- Share real talk with owners to help them understand what might be going wrong
- …and so much more!
Why I want your business to succeed…
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about developing sustainable businesses that have the potential to change the world. What I have found over the last decade is that most small business owners with a great idea and/or passion to improve their local communities lack fundamental understanding of…
- Laws and regulations
- Customer service
- Business management (payroll, scheduling, paying taxes, etc…)
- Hiring awesome employees (who are trustworthy*)
- Internal marketing (rather than paying $$$ to another company)
- Public relations
- Valuing employees and the roles being filled
I want to help you save money and succeed. Why?
Because capitalism is fun. It propels us to develop and share better. If your neighbor is serving better coffee than you, there is a simple fix. Serve better coffee and market it better! If your software isn’t attracting any buyers, there is a way to develop a new marketing strategy and grow your business. We just have to be creative, open-minded, and willing to plan ahead.
Like the old adage says, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”
If someone, perhaps a personal fitness coach or yoga instructor, feels as if the world is against them and that they’ll never develop a business… They’re correct! If that same person decides that no matter the obstacles, they will achieve their goals… they will! It comes down to mindset and education, and those are two things I love to instill in fellow entrepreneurs.
My favorite projects…
I am most passionate about remedying food insecurity, which is why in my free time, I support the development of the Froelich Farm in South Dakota. The goal is for it to become profitable through hemp production, vertical farming, and hormone-free hog production. A hobby of mine is also to create delicious, nourishing food, photograph the end product, and share recipes on my website, Life in Bloom Nutrition.
However, I have helped develop businesses in the following industries:
- Software / Technology
- Digital Marketing
- Literature / Education
- Natural Medicine / Holistic Healing
“If creating a life you love was easy, everyone would do it. With the right guidance, it is not only possible but incredibly worthwhile.”
– Mandy Froelich
